Living In Between is the name we have given to the workshops that we deliver in schools, workplaces and conferences to educate about inclusion and cultural diversity. In the workshops we aim to create a safe space to discuss issues around culture, diversity and why people settle in Australia. Our approach is to tell our stories about personal experiences about the impact of racism and to dissolve barriers through earnest and honest communication.

We tailor each workshop to the audience that we present to but every workshop encourages active participation and engagement from the audience.

Women's Business began in 2015 as a small event that was designed to promote understanding and spread awareness about the rich cultural diversity of modern Tasmanian women. It has since grown into a public show which has toured around the state. Women's Business celebrates the cultures and the journeys of Tasmanian women from migrant and refugee backgrounds and to build wider community understanding and positivity about multiculturalism.

Pathways to Opportunities is our newest program and launched as a pilot project in March 2019. This program is designed to support youth from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, particularly those who are from refugee backgrounds. Youth who are involved in this program will be supported to gain work experience through mentorship and shadowing placements with local organisations as well as pathway planning mentorship and guidance.
